Nicaraguan wrapper, binder, and filler
You get what you pay for with this stick: A very mild-mannered Nicaraguan cigar with a Connecticut wrapper, which makes for a tepid smoke. I won't call it a a dog rocket, as I've had much worse, but the best I can say for the Quorum is that it doesn't taste bad. When toasting the foot, I noticed some areas that burned quicker, leading to an uneven burn through much of the cigar. I'd take it over a
